Dream Finders Homes has started construction on two model homes to be showcased at Tributary, a 1,550-acre master-planned community in Nassau County.
Situated between Jacksonville and Kingsland, Ga., Tributary is on North State Road 200 (A1AW) west of Interstate 95, amid North Florida’s natural beauty like Boggy Creek and the Nassau River, according to Division President Brad Muston.
Top-notch healthcare is minutes away along with A-rated schools, the Amelia Island beaches and major roadways provide easy access to downtown and the Jacksonville airport, Muston explained.
“This will be a beautiful community in a natural setting featuring a lakefront amenity center, a resort-style pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, numerous sports courts and entertainment areas,” he said. “Residents also can make use of a number of pocket parks and activities like boating, kayaking and fishing.”
Muston said Dream Finders Homes – which will initially build 63 homes of the more than 3,200 planned there – will feature their popular 50-foot Driftwood and the 60-foot Avalon II plans.
Both one- and two-story single-family floor plans, with from 1,613 to 3,285 square feet, can be built at Tributary with three to five bedrooms, up to five bathrooms, and two- or three-car garages. Prices will range from $232,990 to $335,990.
“Our first models should be ready for visitors in early 2021,” Muston said, adding that Dream Finders’ homebuyers receive professional interior design assistance so they may choose the features and upgrades to create their own “dream home.”
