NEFBA Emerging Leaders Program

Applications for the NEFBA Emerging Leaders Program are now being accepted.

Program Overview

The NEFBA Emerging Leaders Program is designed to provide personal and professional development opportunities to rising leaders in the building and land development industries. Participants in the program will gain knowledge in a wide variety of skills, including time management, communication, marketing, personal branding, financing, and budgeting. Participants will also learn about the building and development industry from leaders in the field, and will have opportunities to network with those same leaders.

This program is geared towards industry professionals with less than 10 years of experience in their current field. For successful completion of the program, candidates must attend at least 6 of the 7 sessions, which will take place from February-October of 2022. If you or someone you know is interested in applying, please complete the application and return to Jessie Spradley at jspradley@nefba.com with a résumé and letter of recommendation by December 31, 2021.
